Hi! I'm Jade, and I specialise in surface pattern and textile design.

I'm from Gods County  (Yorkshire, UK) where I love to explore

the many cultured villages I'm so lucky to live near.

A little about my background...

After picking a course at University that I thought I wanted to do,

and a few years in a full time job within that industry, I just knew

my heart wasn't in it. So I began to teach myself how to make

pattern designs in my spare time, initially it was just for fun. I used

the name 'The Pattern Parade' as at the time I didn't want the

pressure of people I knew judging my work - even my family

didn't know I was doing it for at least a year!

The opportunity soon came along for me to leave my job and really make a go of it. I now spend unhealthy amounts of time drawing, doodling and digitally designing my ideas to make them come to life. I love coming up with new ideas and am always looking to expand my store - so keep an eye out for new designs!
